Tim's Party Centre was established 14 years ago in Bowmanville. The staff at Tim's are dedicated to helping you with what can be an overwhelming task of planning and executing any event?€¡°from a backyard barbeque to the wedding of your dreams.
We are the only business in the Municipality of Clarington with a Certified Balloon Artist on staff. Our staff pride themselves on keeping up with the trends and are always updating their education through industry seminars and trade magazines. If you can imagine a theme, we will create the atmosphere.
Susan, our CBA, travels to the International Balloon Arts Convention every two years to ensure that we can offer our customers the latest in decor ideas and products. |
