After venturing into the field of drug addiction research, Shirley has decided to pursue her true addiction in life - baking. Shirley is a former graduate of the Advanced Patissier Program at the George Brown College. In her career years, Shirley has the honour of working with some of the most renowned chefs in Toronto who have inspired her to develop her own unique style in creating and decorating cakes & pastries. Shirley has been a part of the creative pastry teams at Marchelino Movenpick, Restaurant 360, Windsor Arms Hotel and various catering and wholesale bakery establishments.
