Our comprehensive FAE process meets all industry. | Physical Demands Analysis (PDA) This is a detailed examination which provides an objective evaluation of the physical demands of a job. The PDA is related to the job description, not an individual worker. We work to industry accepted evaluation standards and integrate our own proprietary processes as well to deliver an analysis. | Post Employmen Screen This is a comprehensive screening process allowing appropriate job placement of employees (post offer of employment). The Post Employment Screen is a mini-assessment which provides medical information on an individual coupled with their current functional status. | Independent Medical Evaluations (IME) What is an Independent Medical Examination?
