Mizunas Restaurant was founded in 2001 by Robert and Marie Dickson. Robert was the executive chef of Cognitos Restaurant in Oakville, when he, along with his wife and business partner, Marie, decided to open a restaurant in Burlington. Mizunas.Welcome. You have found the website for one of the best restaurants in Canada. Mizuna's Restaurant was recently voted one of the best restaurants in Canada by the Canadian Restaurant Guide.Since it opened in 2001, Mizuna's has recieved its share of publicity. In 2002 we were reviewed by The Hamilton Spectator's restaurant review. In 2003,we were reviewed by Toronto Life, and recieved 2 1/2 stars for our superb cuisine. And, the focal point of the history of our establishment, in April 2005 we were given the prestigious award of being one of the best
