Martino Centre of Dance & Related Arts is conveniently located just off Highway #10 (Hurontario) on Fisherman Drive in North Brampton. We are proud of our two spacious, climate controlled studios with sprung floors. We have washrooms, and dressing room facilities for both men and ladies, AND a comfortable waiting room with a space for our students to catch up on some homework and have a warm snack.
The Martino Centre was established in 1993, and our curriculum includes:
Royal Academy of Dance (R.A.D.) Ballet, Canadian Dance Teacher's Association (C.D.T.A) Tap, and Jazz, including HipHop/ Urban Jazz,
Acro, Ballroom , and Stretch. The Martino Centre of Dance provides dance instruction for children aged 3 through to adult in a nurturing fun-filled environment. |

Ballet
BALLET (R.A.D.) - The school follows the syllabus of the Royal Academy of Dancing which is progressively graded from Pre-Primary and Primary Grades through Grades 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, Pre-Elementary, Elementary, Intermediate and Advanced. | Tap
C.D.T.A. TAP - The Canadian Dance Teachers?€¢â Association follows levels from Primary, through Grades 1, 2, 3, 4, Elementary, Intermediate and Advanced. A teacher?€¢âs certificate may be attained at the age of 21. | Jazz
This up to the minute dance form is danced to popular music of then and now as well as actual jazz. It possesses a technique all of its own yet it is unmistakably linked and borrows from many of its sister dance forms. Jazz is a great way to express oneself. | Acro
This unique art form is for the student with the desire for gymnastic tumbling and a flare for . . dance! This wonderful blend develops tumbling and movement skills as well as flexibility and control. Cirque de Soleil here welcome! | Hip Hop
Learn tobust-a-move' to the latest and greatest R & b Hip Hop and Funk grooves. The Martino Centre offers classes for all ages and levels. | Ballroom
The Martiono Centre of Dance offers classes at both the beginner and intermediate levels of ballroom dance. All the traditional dances are explored before things really heat up with some latin dances. Come alone or bring a partner! | Tiny Toes
Tiny Toes is a fun-filled program on Saturday mornings for 3 to 5 year-olds. Featuring an introduction to tap, ballet and jazz by qualified dance instructors.
The 1 1/2 hour class includes a snack and features story time and a related craft. | Company Program
The Company Program is designed for the more dedicated student who is possibly planning a future in dance or who simply wants to work to their full potential and strive for excellence. Consideration for Company Program students will be based on the teacher?€¢âs assessment. | Recreational Program
Our recreational dance program is designed for the student who wishes toexplore the world of dance in a fun filled atmosphere of encouragement. The commitment is merely a once a week class per discipline with the exception of ballet in the upper grades which may extend to two classes per week. | Adult Program
The Martino Centre offers classes at the Beginner and Intermediate levels in 10 week session courses. The traditional ballroom dances are explored in each class before things really heat up with some Latin dancing. Come with a partner or come alone for a great night out. |
