Formal/Classical Ballet Formal/Classical Ballet speaks for itself. It is an ongoing development of technique and strength to build strong bodies both mentally and physically through discipline. Ballet is a study in the art of dance. It is the core of all dance self-disciplines, and develops balance, strength, control. | Pre-School and Pre-Ballet Pre-School (3-5) first year Special Introduction to dance which includes simple ballet steps, floor work, singing, mime, deportment, and a little bit of fun.(50min classes) Pre-Ballet(5-7) is a stepping stone to their Formal/Classical Ballet training. | Kinderdance Kinderdance (2-3) teaches children placement & posture,co-ordination & rhythm. Introduction to following instructions in a structured environment, muscle memory, working as a group, year end performance and long term memory. | Special Needs Special Needs is a creative movement dance class especially designed for children with special needs. Taught by fully certified ECE Teacher with years of experience. | Tap Tap(5 and up) uses a variety of muscles and with our counting technique students gain knowledge of music along with a sense of rhythm nd physical coordination. | Jazz Jazz 6and up) draws from various techniques which are beneficial in expanding the range of movement and development of the dancer and has become very popular through theatre, television and videos. Jazz is an enjoyable form of exercise and dance.. | Acrobatic Acrobatic (7 and up) helps to stretch those extra muscles not touched by the other disciplines and is beneficial to the development of the body and mind. | Hip Hop Hip Hop is a fun and energetic way to learn today's hottest dance moves, not to mention an excellent way to get a great workout. |
