Gemini Gymnastics is a not-for-profit, parent run organization. We strive to assist young athletes in developing a positive attitude and in achieving fulfillment through extra-curricular sports. Our mission is to provide an environment in which athletes are limited only by personal ability and desire.
Gemini Gymnastics' programs are among the best in Canada due to the excellence of our professional coaching staff. We have produced champions in all levels of competitive gymnastics, including six Canadian AA Champions, three Elite Canada AA Champions, two Eastern Canadian AA Champions and 40 Provincial AA Champions. |

Advanced Recreational
This program is for girls aged 5 years and up. Advanced Recreational programs are offered to gymnasts who are seeking more hours of training in a recreational environment, and are capable of handling a more intense program than recreational. They train 4 - 5 hours per week. | Advanced Kindergym
This program is for girls aged 3-5 years. Advanced Kindergym programs are offered to gymnasts who are seeking more hours of training in a recreational environment, and are capable of handling a more intense program than recreational. They train 3 - 5 hours per week. | Interclub Steam
This program is for girls aged 6 years and up. Interclub programs are offered to gymnasts who are seeking a competitive experience, and are capable of handling a more intense program than the recreational or advanced recreational program can offer. They train 6 - 10 hours per week. | Pre-Competitive
The Pre Comp program is for girls aged 5-9, who show potential for our Comp 1, 2, 3 or Interclub programs. Pre Comp athletes train 6-20 hours per week. From age 7, they participate in Invitational competitions where they present their routines for judges. | Provincial
Athletes in the Provincial program train 16-20 hours per week and compete at the Provincial level. They compete at 3-4 Provincial Qualifying competitions to qualify to compete at the Provincial Championships and Eastern Canadians. | National/Elite
This Elite Program is very intense and focused, both physically and mentally. These girls train 25-30 hours per week and have a modified school program to accommodate their training. Gemini?€¢âs National and High Performance athletes compete at various Ontario competitions throughout the year. |
