Flour Confections evolved from a passion for dessert and a love for artistic expression. I make wedding cakes & specialty cakes because I love the challenge of creating something beautiful out of something so simple as eggs, flour & sugar! For me, the cake should taste as good ( if not better!) than it looks! And that is why I created Flour Confections.
All of my cakes are made to order from scratch. I use nothing but the freshest and finest ingredients - real butter, fresh eggs, Belgian chocolate. No preservatives, no additives. Each creation is as unique as the individual for whom it was made. That is my challenge - bringing your ideas and visions to my kitchen, and delivering an edible masterpiece! |
