Candy-Coats is the creation of a stay at home mom of two young girls. I returned to my job from my second maternity leave, and in 10 days was let go along with my whole department! So deciding this was a blessing in disguise, I started Candy-Coats to stay home with my little ones. Having thrown a few birthday parties, and finding that to shop for loot at the dollar stores was a challenge myself and my friends were frustrated with, I decided to come up with something a bit different. Looking for new things for the loot bags spurred me to create a candy bar wrapper for my eldest daughter's first birthday. Well, after I did this for a couple more parties, interest grew and people loved them and wanted to know where to buy them! Candy-Coats was created!! |
