The Budo Life Centre is that place, but it was not created overnight. The centre is a dividend of Yamanaka Sensei's investment of more than 32 years as a martial arts professional. Yamanaka Sensei has trained over 150,000 people in 22 countries and holds some of the highest titles, ranks and positions in the Martial Arts World. At Budolife, you'll be taught by Masters: Sensei Ron Yamanaka (8th dan Jujutsu, 9th degree Kung-Fu, 8th dan Karate), Shihan Steve Chapman (8th dan Jujutsu, 7th dan Karate, 6th dan Aikido) and Shihan Darren Smith (7th dan Jujutsu) Our goal is to provide our students with complete knowledge of the Eastern Martial Arts in a positive environment, with the emphasis on self-defense, safety and enjoyment. |

Aiki Jujutsu The mother art of modern-day JuJutsu & Aikido - it is a graceful flowing art, utilising your intrinsic energy to pin, lock, throw and control an opponent through leverage and balance. | Karate Intact - with a 400 year, traceable lineage, direct from the Supreme Grand Master in Okinawa. People of all ages can perform this health-giving art. Ideal for building strength and vitality, as well as a vehicle for self-mastery. Goju Ryu Karate includes body awareness, confrontation avoidance. | Kung Fu The original art - created in China and handed down from six generations of Grand Masters, it incorporates the movements of five animals: the tiger, crane, leopard, dragon & snake.
Shaolin Chuan Fa Kung Fu includes body awareness, confrontation avoidance, mental focus, fluid mouvements. | Kobudo A practical, hands-on, modern and classical approach to the study of weaponry of all kinds, including comprehensive knowledge of defence against the same weapons. This art is taught in private lessons and can include bo, nunchaku, tonfa and spear. | Yoga The form of yoga practiced in these sessions is known as hatha yoga, the physical postures. The first aim of hatha yoga is to get and maintain the body in top physical health. It is not a competitive sport. It is not necessary to look around and compare your performance to those of others. | Kockboxing A high energy cardio training that is sure to make you loose weight and improve your fitness level. | Aerobi Kicks This 12-1pm class is dedicated to women over 35 and older. It will help build up our muscle strength; enhance our bone density. We'll also discuss how to better deal with the change of life through exercise. All of this is created in an atmosphere of support; laughter and caring. | Gym Come train in our fully equipped Hanoun Gym. It includes a treadmill, climbing machine, bench press, lat pulldown, cycling, curl, leg press, free weights and alot more! | Health You will be trained in the internal and external aspects of deep breathing exercises, as well as guide you in correcting your bad lifestyle habits and nutritional deficiencies. |
