Rental Rates
Items are charged for time out, whether or not used. We do not credit or refund for unused items. Prices are quoted on a daily charge. If you like an extended rental please call for prices | Reservations and Deposits
We recommend reservations on party supplies as far in advance as possible. Without reservation we can not guarantee availability. Please make any necessary changes to orders 24 hours prior to delivery or customer pick up. Deposites are require on tents. | Delivery and Pickup Office
All item should be boxed and stacked upon pick up. Deliveries are to the front doors and garages only. Our staff do not enter homes to set up equipment up or to take down. Equipment that is not stacked and ready for pick up will be subject to additional charges. | Cleaning
All items rented will be cleaned and ready for your use. Containers are provided for your china etc. Please rinse dishes and cutlery and dump all liquid from glassware and return to original containers. Additional charges will be added for additional containers etc. not returned or damaged. | Loss and Damage
Customer are responsible for all rental equipment from the time received to the time they are returned to us. Secure all items when not in use. Missing or broken items will be charged accordingly. Items returned chipped or cracked are considered broken. |
